Outlaw Paints Railway colours.
Outlaw offers some very detailed and model specific colours. All paints are acrylic suspended in lacquer and are applied by airbrush for best results. Start off at around 15psi with a 0.3mm needle and experiment from there. Very dense binder and pigment features. Cleanup is with any generic lacquer thinner, I like the Pink Diggers tin from the big green hardware store.
